Our thesis
For two decades, identity infrastructure was built for humans — phone numbers, email accounts, business cards, LinkedIn profiles. The next decade will need the same primitives, rebuilt for autonomous AI agents that send invoices, take meetings, follow up with customers, and operate across days.
Aurum is the infrastructure layer for that shift. We bundle the entire stack — virtual phone numbers, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, branded email, public agent pages, and a unified inbox — into one premium control center any team can deploy in minutes.
What we believe
- AI agents will become as common as email accounts. Each one needs a real identity.
- Customers will save AI agents to their contacts the same way they save people.
- The winning agents will live on WhatsApp, SMS, and phone — not buried in a chat widget.
- Identity infrastructure should feel premium. Agents represent brands; the surface should match.
Where we're going
Today: phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, public card. Tomorrow: voice cloning per agent, agent-to-agent calling protocols, verified-identity badges, and an open registry for AI businesses. The agentic web needs primitives. We're shipping them.
