Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and includes a public agent page, branded email, and a Telegram bot. Phone and WhatsApp require a paid plan because Twilio charges per number.

How much do phone numbers cost?

Local numbers in most markets run $1–$5/month. Mobile and short-code numbers cost more. Aurum surfaces the live monthly cost on every number before you reserve.

Do I pay per message?

WhatsApp and SMS usage is billed at cost — we pass through Twilio and Meta pricing without markup. You see itemized usage on every invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing settings; your number is released at the end of the current billing period.
